2.The main function
The uva-340 fluorescent uv lamp is adopted as the light source in the uva-340 uv accelerated aging test box, which can simulate the damage caused by sunshine, rain and dew.UV weather box USES fluorescent UV lamp to simulate the effect of sunlight, and condenses moisture to simulate dew.In order to obtain the result of weather resistance, the tested material was placed in the loop program of light and moisture alternating under a certain temperature.UV cases can reproduce the damage that occurs outdoors over months or years in a matter of days or weeks.Hazard types include: discoloration, discoloration, loss of light, powder light, cracking, turbidity, bubble, brittle, strength, decay and oxidation.The machine contains sprinkling device.
This uv-accelerated aging test chamber can simulate the environmental conditions such as ultraviolet, rain, high temperature, high humidity, condensation and darkness in natural climate. By reproducing these conditions, it can be combined into a loop and let it automatically execute the loop number.This is how the uv aging test chamber works.In this process, the equipment can monitor the blackboard temperature and the water tank temperature automatically.Through the configuration of the radiation measurement and control device (optional), the light irradiance can be measured and controlled, so that the irradiance can be stabilized at 0.76W/m2/340nm or designated setting value, and the service life of the lamp can be greatly extended.

3.Component is introduced
A.Light source:
The light source is made of 8 imported uv fluorescent lamps with rated power of 40W.Uv fluorescent tubes, distributed in the machine
4 on each side.There are uva-340 and uvb-313 light sources for users to choose the configuration.
The luminous spectral energy of uva-340 lamp is mainly concentrated at the wavelength of 340nm.
The luminescence spectrum of uvb-313 lamp is mainly around the wavelength of 313nm.
We use the uva-340 lamp tube
Since the energy output of fluorescent lights will gradually decline with time, in order to reduce the impact of the experiment caused by the optical energy attenuation,
Therefore, the test box is replaced by a new lamp for every 1/4 of the fluorescent lamp life of all 8 lamps
The lamp tube, thus, the uv light source is always composed of the new lamp and the old lamp, thus obtaining a constant output of light energy.
The effective service life of lamp tube is about 1600 hours.
